SAMPLE REPORT

Aber Home Inspection reports are created in an easy to follow format of the major systems of the house in a well-executed combination of checklist and descriptive narrative. The report will include color photographs where they will do the most good in helping identify items of concern, such as those that need repair or replacement. Reports have an initial overview Summary (Items of significant concerns) followed by system sections (Heating, Plumbing, Electric, etc.) that are very detailed. The full report which should be read in its entirety, can take 24 to 48 hours to complete – depending on the size, age and condition of the home – is then emailed to you in PDF format.

Please note our inspection reports do not address cosmetic defects. Our goal is to provide you with an understanding of the structural, mechanical, and safety conditions of the property. Issues such as chipped paint, dinged molding, and nail pops are beyond the scope of our inspection.
